Then, 12 rounds of:
12 Wall Balls
12 Pullups
12 Walking Lunges w/Med Ball

Run 800 meters with a 30/20lb Dumbbell
Then, 6 rounds of:
6 Thrusters, 135/95
6 Power Snatches, 135/95

Run 400 meters with a 45/35lb Plate
Then, 3 rounds of:
30 Burpees
30 Box Jumps
