One Week Workshop: The Snatch


We're really excited to start a new series of classes providing a deeper dive into some more advanced CrossFit movements. 

Struggling with the Snatch? Spend a week with Andrew learning the Snatch from top to bottom and then get a 1 month extra workout program to help you solidify your movement.

We'll go over some more nuance in the lifts so you can put your strength to good use.  We'll work on each lift from their simplest to most complex so you can walk away feeling more confident in your skills under the bar.

The best part:  it's already included in your membership.  All you gotta do is sign up here and put your name down.  Please note: while it's is included if you fail to show up we will be charging you a no-show fee of $30 since you've wasted the opportunity for someone else.  Still well worth it!
