2018 DCF Holiday Throwdown

The end of 2018 is almost upon us, and it is about time to take stock of all that you have accomplished in the last 12 months. Surely there are plenty of new PRs to celebrate, weight lost, muscle mass gained, new movements conquered, and lots of new relationships that have been built. To help us close out the year we’ve got two events on December 15th to help us close out the year and enjoy the Holiday

In the morning we’ll be running a Throwdown. That same evening we’ll be hosting a end-of-year Holiday Party. Here’s the details on the Throwdown…

The 2018 DCF Holiday Throwdown

December 15 - 10AM @ District CrossFit
Same Gender Pairs
Rx and Scaled Divisions

Each team is guaranteed to compete in 3 events, with some teams advancing to a 4th and final event. If you cannot complete the following movements (for reps), consider registering as a scaled athlete:

Deadlift: 225/155
Clean-and-Jerk: 155/105
Snatch: 135/95
Double-under
Ring and Bar Muscle-up
Handstand Push-up

The first workout has been announced:

For Time:
50 Double-under, each
40 Partner Deadlift (Heavy)
30 Synchro Box-Jump-over (30/24)
