Memorial Day Murph WOD

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it "Body Armor". From here on it will be referred to as "Murph" in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

Our Power Supply Rep, Andy, will be here 5 - 8 pm with FREE Samples.

A large part of your fitness is your Nutrition. Power Supply is locally cooked meals (think Uber meets Chefs) that are delivered to the gym for you to pick up.

First: Choose Paleo, Vegtarian or Mixetarian

Second: Choose Small, Medium or Large Meals

Third: Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner?

Fourth: How many meals a week do you want?

Fifth: Every week you are emailed what the Menu for that week will be (it changes weekly) and you can edit anything you don't like. Change the entire meal to something else or just ask to have no Tomatoes.

We’ll be offering a chance to do the Open on Saturdays during class (but specifically at 11am). This year we’re reviving a fun twist on competition we debuted in 2015: The Intramural CrossFit Open.....
