If you're struggling with the Snatch, Clean & Jerk we've got a 2 week miniseries just for you! We'll go over some more nuance in the lifts so you can put your strength to good use. We'll work on each lift from their simplest to most complex so you can walk away feeling more confident in your skills under the bar.
